If an order is processed and delivered the items won't be taken back or replaced unless there is a reasonable Tangible issue. In case the product needs to be returned for disliking or any other reason then it has to return immediately without unpacking the item completely or using it in any manner. The customer won't get any refund for partially or fully used items. In all other cases, the refund will be the total order value less than 15% of it, before shipping/re-shipping cost if any. If any shipping charges involved, won't be refunded. Any cost involved for reshipping shall be borne by the sender.

If the delivery is not executed during the first attempt due to incorrect or insufficient address, recipient not at home, address found locked or refusal to accept, the customer shall still be charged for the order. No refunds would be entertained for such items

Please note that cancellations have to be made within 6 hours after placing an order. For canceling your order, you will have to get in touch with our customer support executive by sending an email to [email protected] and giving the reference of your order number. In case we receive a cancellation notice and till that time the order has already been processed by us, the order cannot be canceled. YeDeDo.com has a complete right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by YeDeDo.com and accept YeDeDo.com's decision regarding the cancellation.

YeDeDo.com will not be liable to pay/refund, any charges by the bank at the time of processing the payment at the time of refund processing.

YeDeDo.com will not refund the amount charged to it as an instrument bouncing charges on the processing of the refund.
